Through the tough season of his life, his purpose was birthed, it was at that moment that he knew he wanted to help others reach their fitness goals.
Ted has been on both ends, a trainer and a trainee, being fully aware of how it feels to struggle with weight issues. Over the last five years the focus has been to help as many men, women, and youth get both stronger and leaner. It his goal that they reach their fullest potential in achieving their fitness goals. Services range from beginner to advanced, whether it is running a mile on a treadmill, or a 5K, the overall goal is to have people feel better about themselves.
